Due to the limited quantity production runs of our clothing, requests for exchanges or returns for store credit must be received within 7 days of receipt of item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. 

To start a return, you can contact us at - If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Items being exchanged or returned for store credit must be received back to the boutique within 10 days of us accepting the exchange or store credit.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover return shipping and payment will be returned in the form it was tendered. 

All sale items and custom embroidered items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged with the exception of defective conditions.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
