When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 24 to 48 hours.
Please allow an additional 48-72 hours for embroidered items. If we experience a delay with your custom embroidery, we will notify you as soon as possible.
ORDERS OVER $100 ALWAYS SHIP FREE: Applies to upper 48 States only. Alaska & Hawaii ship free with orders over $150. Shipping not available to US Territories or countries outside of the United States.
*Once items have shipped, Little Miss B and Me LLC is not responsible for shipping delays or lost/stolen items.
Why is the Pete + Lucy Collection limited in quantity?
Pete + Lucy is an exclusive and limited clothing line with less than 1,000 of each outfit ever made! Due to popularity, sizes sell out quickly. If the size you are looking for is not available on our site, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Can all items on the site be embroidered?
At this time, only the products listed under the Custom Embroidery tab can be customized. If you are looking for something specific, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

What is the return/exchange policy?
Pete + Lucy Items:
- With less than 1,000 of each style made, exchanges may not be available. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us directly.
Custom Embroidery Items:
- Custom embroidered items cannot be returned. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us directly.
